Absolutely! Though it's both a blessing and a curse.
Jen & Chris are married. Janet is Chris' mom. Trinity and Jack are Jen and Chris' children. Megan is Jen's cousin. Patrick is Jen's brother. Edi is a cousin-in-law. Casey isn't quite an in-law yet, but he's getting there.
Everyone else has been (unofficially) adopted.
It all started with MoMo, Jen's great grandmother and Ma's mother.
She loved playing games, especially cards. That was how she connected with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. And the love for playing games became engrained in the family.
Fast-forward to Trinity and Jack and them being homeschooled, Jen made making a physical product part of the curriculum. They all worked together to figure out how to make a product. So when it came time to choose what to make, the answer was easy: a game!
Ah - the duality of (wo)man: you noticed there were no black 2s, but you failed to read the instructions...because we put the answer in there.
MoMo loved to change the rules in her favor. Over the course of her life, she decided that black 2s were wild. So instead of just saying "black 2s are wild," we replaced them with Joker cards which are always wild.
Does it make it where you can't use MoMo cards to play other games?
Hey! One question per entry!
